Real estate photography for Vaudreuil-Dorion

New construction in the sectors developing off Boulevard de la Cité-des-Jeunes and Avenue André-Chartrand photographs cleanly but empty — the challenge is scale and warmth, which we handle with lighting and careful composition rather than staging you don't have. Resale through old Dorion and around Rue Saint-Charles is older stock with character and tighter rooms; those need wide-but-honest framing and colour correction so the wood tones read properly. Waterfront on the Lake of Two Mountains and along the Rivière Delisle is where drone earns its fee: the water frontage is the asset, and only an aerial shows it.

Harwood Boulevard and the retail cluster around the Vaudreuil-Dorion train station carry an unusual density of independent businesses for a town this size — restaurants, clinics, gyms, trades and services all competing for the same commuting households. Those households check Instagram and Google before they choose, and a business with real photography of its own space beats one with stock imagery every time.

For those clients we shoot interiors and short video, then handle bilingual posting and geo-targeted ads locked to J7V and the surrounding Vaudreuil-Soulanges postal codes.

Most residential shoots here are photographed in one visit and delivered within 24 to 48 hours, in web and print resolutions, with the drone frames included in the same gallery. If a listing goes live Thursday, we shoot Tuesday.

Vaudreuil-Dorion is roughly ten minutes from our studio, which makes same-week and sometimes same-day bookings realistic here in a way they are not for a Montreal-based supplier.

Two very different jobs come out of this city: retail and service marketing along the Harwood corridor, and listing photography in the newer subdivisions that keep filling in around the commuter train station.

It also sits between Saint-Lazare, Hudson, Pincourt and L'Île-Perrot, so it is the town we pass through most and the one where we can be on site fastest.
