    These terms of service are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the applicable federal laws of Canada. Any dispute relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of Quebec, District of Montreal.

    12. Severability

    If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to best reflect the original intent of the parties.

    13. Entire Agreement

    These terms of service, together with our privacy policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Group PV Media regarding the use of the Site and supersede all prior agreements.
