The Pincourt housing stock
Much of Pincourt was built out between the 1960s and the 1980s: single-storey and split-level homes on regular lots, with newer townhouse and small-condo development filling in along the Boulevard du Traversier and Cardinal-Léger corridors. Rooms are compact and ceilings are standard height, so wide-angle abuse is obvious and unhelpful. What works is correct exposure, straightened verticals and honest framing — a room that looks like itself, only better lit.
Along the Lake Saint-Louis and Ottawa River edges, the water frontage and dock are the asset. Those get an aerial pass as standard.
