One island, four municipalities
L'Île-Perrot, Notre-Dame-de-l'Île-Perrot, Pincourt and Terrasse-Vaudreuil each have their own character but share a market. The Boulevard Don-Quichotte corridor and Boulevard Perrot carry most of the commercial activity, while the shoreline on the Lake of Two Mountains and Lake Saint-Louis sides holds the higher-value residential. Housing runs from post-war bungalows near the older core to newer detached and semi-detached construction in the Notre-Dame sectors.
Because buyers here often already live on the island and are trading up, the listing photography has to show the practical things: yard size, garage, basement, and how the house relates to the street.
